All of our CNC machines have a very high specification that includes the following features:

• High pressure coolant – to allow us to manufacture from materials of low machineability and to drill deep holes faster, improving cycle times, and reducing costs.
• Part conveyor/part pick up arm – to unload delicate parts without damage.
• Swarf Conveyor.
• Automatic Barfeed.

These features coupled with the running of our machines 24 hours a day, seven days a week, increases our efficiency, and ultimately reduces the cost of production. This enables us to offer our customers the most competitive prices.
